Understanding Wraithaven's Time Travel

Wraithaven's time lines can be very confusing. So I'll try to explain them here to help.

The universe is much, much bigger then we could possibly imagine. Infinite in more ways then one. Let's start by imagining an infinite n dimensional universe. Ever single point in that universe contains a smaller universe. Like the one we live in. But 4 dimensional. 3 dimensions for space, and one for time. All compacted into a single point. Each point contains a set timeline which cannot be deviated from. Now, back to the scale of the larger universe, the closer two points are to each other, the more similar their universes and timelines are.

Really close points usually only contains minor differences, such as the the size of a rock by mere millimeters, or bigger such as the addition of a new galaxy. The further away he two points are, he bigger the differences become. Get far enough away, and physics themselves start to very.

Each point is infinite in both space nd time, in all directions. With this, every single possible event that could happen, under any condition, even following a different set of physics exists somewhere in there. But only one instance of each, regardless of how close two points are.

Got it all so far? If it's little hard to imagine, that's ok. Let's keep going. Now, time travel itself cannot occur, other then moving forward as we see it. But, it can be faked. Wormholes come into play for that.

Wormholes can be drawn between any two points, connecting them. A wormhole can only exist for a set amount of space and time equally only both points. Such as a few feet across on both ends, and both are only open for exactly 8 seconds. Some are bigger or smaller then others.

Once a wormhole is created between two points, another one can never be created again. Those two points are never linked, directly again. (Because they still exist, but in a previous instance of time.)

So basically, that's the basics of how it works for Wraithaven. More details can be added to show how this works more, but that would take a while to explain. This is all just a rough summary. Hope this makes sense. Comment your opinion below.
